Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer (as defined in Section 2 below) is only open to residents of the Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Republic of Macedonia, New Zealand, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom, excluding wholesalers, retailers and other businesses selling any Corel software or services, employees and families of Corel UK Limited or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Corel”), Corel’s agents, and anyone involved in the administration of this promotion. This Offer is void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.

2. Customers can claim a free copy of Corel Painter 12 (full, download version only in English, French, German or Italian language for Mac or PC operating systems) when they purchase CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 (full version only, either box product or download version) (the “Offer”). Purchases must be made between 6th May and 30th June 2013 (the “Promotional Period”). Up to a maximum of five (five) applications per person will be accepted, and each person is only eligible to receive a maximum of five (5) free copies of Corel Painter 12 (full, download version). The application form is available from www.corel.com/freepainter12. Applications must be received by Corel no later than midnight GMT, 15th July 2013 (“Deadline”). A high speed internet link and an email address is required to download the free copy of Corel Painter 12.

3. This Offer is only valid for full versions of CorelDRAW® Graphics Suite X6 with the product codes ESDCDGSX6IE,  ESDCDGSX6DE,  ESDCDGSX6FR,  ESDCDGSX6IT,  ESDCDGSX6NL, ESDCDGSX6ESEU, ESDCDGSX6SE, ESDCDGSX6PL, ESDCDGSX6BPEU, ESDCDGSX6CZ, ESDCDGSX6HU, ESDCDGSX6FI, CDGSX6DEHBB, CDGSX6CZPLHBB, CDGSX6IEHBB, CDGSX6FRNLHBB, CDGSX6ITHBB, CDGSX6IEHBBUK, CDGSX6ESBPHBBEU, CDGSX6SEFIHBB, CDGSX6HUTKHBB, CDGSX6ENHBBAS (the “Eligible Software”). This Offer excludes purchases of CorelDRAW® Graphics Suite Home and Student editions, Small Business Edition, Academic versions, upgrade versions, licenses, subscription versions, trial versions, OEM versions, Not-For-Resale versions and Non-European versions.

4. A web link to download a free copy of Corel Painter 12 (full download version) will only be sent when the customer has supplied the full and completed application form (available at www.corel.com/freepainter12) including the eligible software product code and a copy of the proof of purchase of the eligible software, or sent these details by fax to +44 20 8166 1524.

5. Provided Corel receives a full and complete application form, the customer will receive confirmation of receipt of the application form from Corel via e-mail within 10 days of Corel’s receipt of same (“Confirmation”). Following receipt of Confirmation a web link to download the free copy of Corel Painter 12 (full download version) will be sent by email within 28 days.

6. The free copy of Corel Painter 12 (full download version) will not be granted to any customer when:

1) Corel has not received a valid proof of purchase/receipt.
2) The product was purchased outside the valid promotional dates.
3) The application was made outside the valid promotional dates.
4) The correct promotional item was not purchased.
5) The promotional item was not purchased from a participating reseller.
6) The product was not purchased within a participating country.
7) The serial number that was submitted was not valid.
8) The maximum of 5 claims allowed per person, for this promotion, was already submitted, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
9) The SKU number that was provided was not valid
10) The purchase of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 was made direct from Corel in conjunction with another offer, including a discount, special promotion or other special offer.
11) The purchase of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 was made from KMU-Pool Schweiz AG, Switzerland or any of its subsidaries or affiliates.

7. Customers must purchase the Eligible Software from either the Corel Estore or an authorised reseller, excluding KMU-Pool Schweiz AG, Switzerland or any of its subsidaries or affiliates.

8. The web link to download a free copy of Corel Painter 12 (full download version) will only be sent by email upon the customer’s compliance of these Terms and Conditions. By completing the application process, customers confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other Corel terms and conditions as may be in effect from time to time.

9. All applications related to this Offer shall become and remain the property of Corel upon receipt and are held at its risk only whilst Corel retains such applications. Proofs of purchase cannot be returned.

10. Corel accepts no responsibility for lost, late, damaged or misdirected applications, except in the event of negligence, fault or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of Corel or its agents. Corel is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other, failures or damage of any kind.

11. Corel reserves the right to alter, amend, or foreclose this Offer without prior notice.
